Sunday, January 29, 2006 an eggs-perience!it was a long day yesterday, steamboat for reunion dinner, but sis is in US, cant fly back.. haha nvm.. anyway the dinner ate finish at 10 plus.. but the image took me a long time, coz i cant fixed its dimensions, finally i managed to and im blogging now.. -i wan to sleep man!- i was Very bored in the afternoon, even though im online, but practically doing almost nothing lah. so i went offline and after a bath, i decided to help prepare steamboat dinner.. i help to wash the containers to be used and stuff, haha, and i helped to prepare Quail eggs!! the quail eggs are boiled first.. and after boiling, it looks like this  of course thats my hand (: coz im the one doing it all. all yea! initially, it was not successful, coz i never done it before.. so some eggs were broken.. reason also because the egg white very thin, sometimes stick to the shell then i peel, with the eggwhite surface peel out, bleh... the process of removing the shell..  and in the end of removing all perfectly, it will be....  Clean and white (: hmm, personally, i dun really like hard-boiled egg.. i prefer half-boiled egg.. the watery watery half cooked.. easier to consume, just one gulp.. haha.. im referring to chicken eggs.. and the de-shelling of Quail eggs, after 20 minutes plus i managed to finish all of them and mission accomplished!   themess & theproduct (: the top part of the plate, are those ruined ones.. haha.. mistakes are avoidable in this case, lol.. looks delicious?.. happy new year all (: good night IM OFF TO SLEEP!! expressed with thought` 1:20 AM ;
